Does AMG Railing also supply consumers?
No, AMG Railing only delivers to companies.
How can I see the prices?
You first have to register as a client. Your request will be evaluated for completeness. Once your application is approved you will receive a confirmation email. The you can log in and you can see the prices, including your personal discount.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account with AMG Railing is simple and easy:
- Click on top on 'My account'.
- Fill in your details under 'Registering'.
- Click ‘Send’ and create your account.
After assessing your registration, AMG will send you a confirmation email.
Can I pick up the products myself?
Yes, you can choose to collect the products yourself or have them delivered. You can indicate your preference in the ordering process.
What is the delivery time?
Within the Netherlands and Belgium the delivery time is 2-3 weekdays, provided the products are in stock. In other countries the delivery time is approximately 3-4 weekdays, depending on the country. Delivery basically takes place on weekdays between 08:00 and 17:00 hrs.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, you can. You can indicate this in the ordering process.
How are the products shipped?
The shipping method depends on the products that your order. We ship parts that can be packed in a parcel by PostNL. Items that do not fit in a box, such as profiles and tubes, we ship using a courier.
Can I return products?
We give the utmost attention to packing and shipping our products. Nevertheless, it is possible that something goes wrong. In that case, you have to inform us as soon as possible, at the latest within 8 days of receipt. To this effect you can contact us by our regular telephone number. We work with you to seek a suitable solution.
Can I become a reseller of AMG products?
If you are interested in becoming an AMG reseller, please contact our head office in Lijnden. We will try to discuss the possibilities with you.
How can I pay?
At AMG you can choose from several payment methods:
- Pay with iDEAL
- Pay by Credit card
- Pay with PayPal
- Pay on invoice
- Pay in advance
Can I choose when the order is delivered?
In the order process it is possible to make a remark: here you can note a preferred day of delivery. Unfortunately it is not possible to choose the delivery time of your order yourself. Usually delivery will take place on weekdays between 08:00 - 17:00. If you prefer a different delivery agreement please contact us by mail or phone.
