Consultation
We'll sit down with you early on to discuss the possibilities. We'll actively contribute to the design, material selection, structural requirements, and aesthetics. Thanks to our experience, we can provide practical and creative input tailored to your construction project and budget.

On-site measuring
Our project managers visit the site to take precise measurements. This prevents surprises during implementation and ensures a perfect fit with the existing structural conditions. We also check any technical details and coordinate these with other parties involved in a timely manner.

Engineering & Drawing
After measuring, one of our engineers will prepare the drawings for approval. We work with the most advanced 3D drawing programs. Whether it's a rough sketch, a detail, or a 3D shot: we leave nothing to the imagination.

Production
In our own modern production facility, we manufacture all components with the utmost precision. Thanks to the use of CNC-controlled machinery, we can guarantee consistent quality. Because we manufacture in-house, we maintain complete control over delivery times and customization details.

Assembly
Our balustrades are pre-packaged and assembled per project, or even per floor or facade. This ensures efficient logistics on site and significantly reduces installation time. Everything is prepared for a smooth and error-free installation.

Assembly
Our VCA-certified technicians ensure safe and professional installation on site. With an eye for detail and planning, we ensure your balustrades are installed perfectly – within the agreed timeframe and without disrupting other construction work.
Safety & Certification
Certified solutions for maximum reliability
Tested and calculated according to applicable European standards. At AMG Railing, we substantiate our solutions with calculations and practical tests.
For example, we perform the glass bead impact test , which demonstrates that our glass balustrades can withstand impact under realistic conditions. If necessary, we provide additional test reports or customized tests for specific projects or situations.
